Country Park Villas Pool Rules

The pool area is available to all homeowners and their guests. Members may use the swimming pool and spa individually or together with other members, there being no reservations permitted for private parties. Members shall assume all risks of personal injury or property damage that may result from the use of said pool area by the members or their family, guests, or invitees. A standard set of pool rules shall be posted in the pool area. In connection with the use of the pool and spa, the following guidelines have been established:
1. Guests are not permitted to use the pool facilities without the presence of the homeowner. Exception is made in the case of a live-in houseguest who will be accorded the same privileges as the homeowner.
2. Person under 14 years of age shall not be permitted to use the pool or spa without an adult 18 years or older in attendance to supervise their activities. For health reasons, person under the age of fourteen (14) are not recommended to use the spa.
3. All persons using the pool and spa must abide by the pool rules.
4. Water games and horseplay in the pool are prohibited.
5. No glassware, bottles, or breakable containers shall be permitted around pool area. Beverages must be consumed out of cardboard, plastic, or paper cups.
6. No Alcoholic Beverages.
7. Pet(s) of any kind shall not be allowed in the pool area.
8. Pool gate shall be kept closed at all times.
9. Users of pool area shall be responsible for removal of trash and all articles brought thereto by them or by their guests.
10. The pool and spa heater room is OFF LIMITS to all persons except pool service employees and said Homeowners Association Pool Committee Any other persons seen entering, or attempting to enter this room should be reported to the Board of Directors.
11. No one group will be allowed to monopolize the pool or spa in any manner that does not respect the rights of others.
12. All trash must be deposited in the proper receptacles.
13. Smoking is NOT allowed in the pool/spa areas.
14. There is no reserving of pool chairs or lounges. Any lounge or chair unoccupied in excess of 30 minutes shall be considered available for use by any resident.
15. Owners may utilize their own chairs or lounges if all others are filled: however, they must remove their furniture when they leave the pool area.
16. Swim suits must be worn by persons in the water. No cut-offs will be allowed in the pool. No skinny dipping!
17. Pool and Spa Hours: 8:00am-10:00pm Monday through Sunday.
18. Pool and Spa patrons maybe periodically asked to show your key and pool tag to identify yourself. This is done for the security of all homeowners. Your cooperation and understanding is appreciated.
19. The Board of Directors reserves the right to amend the rules as they see fit, as well as revoke the rights of any person not abiding by the rules.
20. A total of five (5) guests per household may accompany a resident to the pool/spa area.
21. Resident’s reserving the clubhouse are not reserving the pool/spa area.
22. Any damage to the pool/spa area and/or bathrooms should be reported to the Management Company immediately.
