Companies were interviewed and a company was awarded the contract to complete the exterior elevated elements inspection.

EV Charging Stations- A meeting was held on 4/20 with SCE for the Charge Ready program. SCE will provide response to the HOA within 5-months confirming if CPV will be eligible to have the infrastructure completed at no cost. Meanwhile the association will continue interviewing vendors for the installation of the EV stations.

ISMG was awarded the contract to provide pool monitoring services beginning May 27th.

May meeting has been moved up a week due to the Memorial Day holiday.
