Country Park Villas will begin the annual process of issuing parking permits and conducting garage inspections. Please ensure you have registered on the resident portal at https://resident.actionlife.com to receive notifications from the HOA.  

An important change for 2023 Non-operational vehicles or vehicles not used on a regular basis are prohibited from being stored within garage or maintained on premises.  This means if you have a non-operational vehicle or vehicle not used on a regular basis within the garage, you will not be eligible for a parking permit.

For those that require a secondary parking permit, there are only 20 available at a cost of $300.00. A lottery will be held. Parking permit renewal forms have been mailed to the owner of record.
