Unfortunately, partnering with the neighboring community Phillips Meadows to install gates is not an option. In order to obtain approval from the City of Pomona architectural plans have to be submitted. Phillip Meadows at this time does not want to go through the expense. The cost for country Park Villas to gate only their side is not feasible. This item will be removed from the agenda.

The Board of Directors reviewed landscape contracts and will remain with the current vendor for landscape.

The annual termite inspection and warranty with Elite Pest Management was approved.

The annual hydro-jetting of all the main sewer lines with All American Plumbing was approved.

The annual tree trimming and removals was approved with Villa Park Landscape.

The annual roof maintenance and gutter cleaning was approved to be completed by two vendors. All buildings that have had the roof replaced will be serviced by Antis Roofing and the garages and the remaining living dwellings that have not had the roof replaced will be completed by Alternative Construction.

The 2024 reserve study was approved. The Board of Directors will be holding a special budget meeting on October 16, 2023 at 6:30pm via Zoom.
