Here are a few highlights from the last meeting.

1. Roof Replacement- The Board of Directors previously approved the roof replacement of 1-12 Willowcrest and 63-70 Brownfield. Following the recent rains, 63-70 Brownfield will be changed out with 35-46 Willowcrest as this building had several roof leaks.
2. Fumigation- Country Park Villas last fumigated about 15 years ago. It is important residents comply with the annual termite inspection as it includes localized treatment and protects everyone’s asset. The Board of Directors approved fumigation for all garages and one living dwelling 1-12 Town & Country. More information will follow.
